What We Do

Spotlight Kids is an elite musical theater troupe for children to grow as performers. It gives children a chance to get on stage in front of an audience and master their performance skills. In live performances many things can go wrong. It takes a comfortable and confident performer to handle all the challenges of live theater.  Spotlight Kids will give children the opportunity to be a part of the directing process and development of our show. They will help design costumes, sets, and even write parts of our show.

Spotlight Kids performs at local events in Sarasota such as art festivals and fairs, Nursing homes and retirement homes.  We will attend performing arts conventions and competitions.

The Spotlight kid cast is always full of multi-talented kids and we would love to count you among us. Our kids sing, dance, act, and present top-notch productions. We aspire to allow the children a place to grow as performers and as a people, develop new and lasting friendships, and discover new levels of self-confidence. Our organization runs on the love and dedication of everyone involved.
